Must have EA, CPA or 2 years of Income Tax Preparation experience. Must have intricate understanding of individual and entity tax lax for practical application.

• Bookkeeper

Must be able to gather all relevant client records and competently prepare monthly accounting statements.

Software: Intuit QuickBooks

• Payroll Specialist

Must be deadline oriented, detailed and organized. Must be able to complete and file payroll reports on behalf of clients.

Software: AMS

• Client Facilitator

You are a liaison between your colleagues and our client base. Must be well-versed in all normal office functions; phone etiquette, file management, etc.

Software: Microsoft Suite

All positions require excellent interpersonal skills, accurate and efficient problem-solving skills and superior written and verbal communication skills. Additionally, job candidates must be intuitive, approachable and compassionate.
